How helpful in making a current decision for the future. The economists that I follow are the ones spotting problems long before being reported... people such as Peter Schiff who predicted this mess several years ago while all the mainstream celebrity economists were cheering how well everything was going. Meanwhile, I take that information and apply it to what I see every single day actually Buying and Selling real estate in Las Vegas. Nice post! Well Said Doug,

It’s amazing how much negative news is spread around when something such as the Case/Shiller index comes out reporting on numbers from two months ago and what already happened. How helpful in making a current decision for the future.

The economists that I follow are the ones spotting problems long before being reported… people such as Peter Schiff who predicted this mess several years ago while all the mainstream celebrity economists were cheering how well everything was going.

Meanwhile, I take that information and apply it to what I see every single day actually Buying and Selling real estate in Las Vegas.
