One of my buyer clients has this wonderful home settled 2009. It is a 3 Bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, one car garage townhome that backs to trees and not another townhome. One of the few that wasn’t a ripped up foreclosure or long-shot short sale (most don’t work out).
