Ken - since we can't advertise other company's house listings that I see each week and have ID'ed as great deals... I use e-mail to tell clients my top real estate picks/deals of the week. They just need to sign up for my e-mail since I see opportunities where home sellers are motivated and offering the best bang for your buck to get an offer!

And in the very competitive over $1.0 million real estate market in Northern Virginia, my recent home buyer clients have seen a lot of bang for their buck with my help.

You are rockin', dude. I love the video. It's astounding that there are so many homes over a mill that are on the market. It tells me there has got to be some serious bargains out there in the luxury market.
