Are you planning ahead or doing some online research?
Researching for insight and help online is why most people land on my site. I know this because Google Analytics shows me that 92.04% of the 3,299 users here last month were new to my site. And they viewed over 5,900 pages.
I understand that you are searching too. Hopefully one of my posts can answer your question or teach you a thing or two. All are informative, and please understand, there may be some humor involved. After all, I am in and out of people’s homes everyday and helping clients negotiate offers, so, I am learning too.

Our competitive market requires today’s home buyers to utilize many resources. About half of my business is helping people relocate or move to Northern Virginia. Most haven’t lived here before and have specific questions. Northern Virginia has a wide range of new homes available ~ from custom built homes in Vienna or McLean, luxury condos in Arlington, town homes at MetroWest, to country homes in Purcellville. A big question people who are relocating here ask is about lifestyle. I admit that I am not at the Kennedy Center very often, but it is only fifteen minutes from my house! It will depend what you want and this section will continue to expand with the help of some local guest bloggers.
