Probably one of the best Internet advances has been the ability of home buyers to search for homes online. Most of those sites though can lead you to believe that buying a home is almost like buying a book on Amazon, read the review, click and it’s shipped.
It simply isn’t that easy, sorry.
This may be a quick relationship if you are just looking to search for homes because my site carries all the same MLS listed homes as the other umpteen sites you have stumbled upon.
But for those of you looking for an agent who is going to give more in depth view then my blog is a great place to start. The reality is there is a lot to do to find and then buy the “right” house. And it is here that I share a ton of experience and the crap things you will need to take care of to go from A to B. That is the type of relationship that my business excels in.
Start your search to the right in the “Easy…” box. Or search Vienna Real Estate now!
Use any real estate search site that works for you
For long time readers, I still have a link to an excellent search site called FranklyMLS (click now). Hey, new readers can play around with both and use what works for you!
All I ask is to take a look through, read a few of the topics and posts in this blog and see if what I am doing works for you.

A few years ago I noticed that real estate sites seem to show the same MLS listings, so I decided to create a distinct real estate blog to share my local insight - if you already live here or are relocating. There are topics based on recent client experiences, buying custom homes, and more learned over the past twenty years. Take a few minutes and read a blog post or two to see if my approach matches your goals. I am a real estate agent with RE/MAX, have lived in Oakton and McLean, and live in Vienna Virginia. My goal is to provide you with intel into today's market, candor, practical advice, ideas to get you moving, some humor, geeky stats, the best coffee shop, some video, and a cool way to search for homes. Helping you understanding the process of making an offer, the sales contract and more will come when we meet. Yes, I live here. It is easy to reach me:
