The Vienna VA real estate market gets broken down by the three zip codes that cover the Vienna mailing address. As you can easily see from these three charts of the three Vienna Zip Codes, 22180, 22181, and 22182 that there has been a decline in the number of active homes over the period while the “Pending Listings” have improved or remained constant. This reflects a high absorption rate as new “Active Listings” hit the Vienna VA real estate market and then become “Pending Listings”.
A “Pending Listing” is a home that has a contract on it between the owner and a buyer.

Fran, since I created this post… the MRIS tech guys have given me some size options for their graphs so they fit better into the columns of my theme. This is an informative post. It informs the readers specially those who are really interested in the real estate market. I do believe that home buyer should look beyond their neighborhood for them to find the best home. If they will just look around their area they might not know that there are still best homes somewhere that could be perfect for them.
